Leaving the shop at 9:15am, travelling south down the nepean hwy through Mornington then turning right onto Ellerina Rd through to the Esplanade and turn right. Then back along the Esplanade and out onto the Nepean Hwy then back into Frankston.

Distance:  50Km

Approx Average:   29kph

Saturday Mornings:

Alternating between road rides (along the nepean and beach rd) and MTB rides out at Lysterfield Park.
